Neatbase Pro
Neatbase Pro unlocks everything the app has to offer with a single yearly subscription. This page covers what's included, how to subscribe, and how to manage your subscription.
What You Get
Neatbase Pro removes all limits and gives you access to every feature:
- Unlimited notebooks — Create as many notebooks as you need.
- Unlimited notes — No cap on how many notes you can add to a notebook.
- Formula fields — Compute values automatically from other numeric fields.
- Reference fields — Link notes across notebooks.
- Web Forms — Publish web forms and collect responses from anyone.
- Sharing — Share notebooks with others using end-to-end encrypted links.
- REST API — Access your data programmatically from external tools and scripts.

The free plan is fully functional for personal use. Pro is for people who need more capacity or the advanced collaboration and integration features.
How to Subscribe
There are a couple of ways to start a Pro subscription:
- From the menu bar — Click your app name in the menu bar and choose Upgrade to Pro.
- When you hit a limit — If you try to create a fourth notebook, add a 51st note, or use a Pro-only feature, the upgrade screen appears automatically.
Neatbase Pro is a yearly subscription, billed through the App Store. Payment and renewal are handled entirely by Apple.
Managing Your Subscription
To view or cancel your subscription:
- Open the menu bar and choose Manage Subscription.
- This takes you to your App Store subscription management page.
From there, you can see your renewal date, change your plan, or cancel. If you cancel, you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Restoring Purchases
If you've already subscribed (for example, on another device or after reinstalling the app), you can restore your purchase:
- Open the upgrade screen.
- Click Restore Purchase.
The app checks with the App Store and activates Pro if a valid subscription is found.
iCloud Sync
Your Pro subscription status syncs across all your devices through your Apple ID. Subscribe on your Mac and your iPhone and iPad will unlock Pro automatically, as long as they're signed into the same Apple ID.
Your notebooks, notes, and all your data also sync across devices through iCloud. Everything stays up to date.
