Yes! The free plan includes up to 3 notebooks with 50 notes each, all 20+ field types, card and table views, iCloud sync, notebook groups, and CSV export. For unlimited notebooks, unlimited notes, shareable web forms, and priority support, upgrade to Pro for $36/year.

With Pro, you can publish a web form linked to any notebook’s fields. Share the link with anyone — they don’t need the app. When someone submits the form, their response automatically appears as a new note in your notebook. You can customize the form with your own logo and button color. Great for surveys, signups, feedback, order forms, and more.

Over 20 types including: short text, long text, number, currency, date, toggle, rating, tags, image, email, phone, URL, secret text, and more. You can also add section dividers and descriptions to organize your note layout. New field types are added regularly.

Your data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud to your personal Apple account. We never see, access, or store your data on our servers. The only exception is web form responses, which are temporarily stored on our server until the app imports them into your notebook.

Absolutely. Export entire notebooks as CSV files that open in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any spreadsheet app. You can also export individual notes as formatted text. Export is available on the free plan — your data is always yours.

Pro is billed through the App Store, so you can cancel anytime from your Apple ID subscription settings. After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted — you just won’t be able to create new notebooks or notes beyond the free limits.

Not at the moment. Neatbase is built natively for Apple platforms (iPhone, iPad, and Mac) to provide the best possible experience. We may explore other platforms in the future based on demand.
